Glitz, glamor, and clinking glasses. Cocktail Bitters are a harmony oftraditional bitters that impart drinks with aromatics, citrus peel, and a je ne sais quoi.
Crafted with the highest quality premium organic botanicals and organic cane spirit.
New York City mixologists Yana and Joey channeled the standards of the world's most famous cocktail scene to create Bennett Bitters.
Hand-Crafted with the finest organic ingredients under herbalist supervision; Bennett Bitters were made to inspire bartenders, and home bartenders alike, to create drinks that are otherworldly and nostalgic, that transport through taste.
I stumbled across Bennett Bitters when I was on a search to find a spirit named Bennett. My daughter’s name is McKenna and my son’s is Bennett. When I came across Bennett Bitters I was excited because I could combine the bourbon with the bitters and create a nice old fashioned dedicated to my children.
I got these bitters to add a metal more woodsy, herbal notes in a cocktail I’ve created for a spring time, witchy party some friends are throwing. It’s a riff on the Toronto, swapping Forthave’s Marseille amaro for the Fernet and adding a ginger, sage, mint, tarragon syrup. These Wild Hunt bitters added complexity and a certain ethereal character to my “potion”. I haven’t had a bad bottle of bitters from Bennett and I look forward to trying more of their offerings!
I bought Wild Hunt in Connecticut last month while leaf peeping with my wife in New England. Your instructions said to use it in a martini, Gibson, or Moscow mule, but I thought the name screamed Old Fashioned. Man, was I right.
Here’s how I make mine:
1) cover the bottom of a rocks or old fashioned glass with pure maple syrup (Canadian, Vermont, or Connecticut),
3) add the amount of Bennet’s Wild Hunt bitters the dropper draws (your instructions say 3-4 drops but I like more. I’m 62 and my son says my taste buds aren’t what they used to be),
3) add your favorite Kentucky bourbon,
4) add a cube or sphere of clear ice (none of that stinkin’ cloudy stuff),
5) let it rest for a few minutes,
6) Enjoy!
I’m glad I came across Bennetts. The bottle I bought from you directly was purchased after we got home and is for my above mentioned son. He likes it too.
Keep up the good work!
Scorpion Bitters are the perfect tonality to our afternoon vodka-tonic-ice-lime cocktail. This time we waited and waited for our delivery, and UPS said the shipment had happened, but nothing had arrived. After that, dealing with UPS non-delivery complexities is more than I wanted to deal with. I'd say give UPS the boot and try USPS or Fed Ex.
I bought these bitters to make a southern France Grey Goose Le Citron Vodka (Menton lemons), Sevez Honey Lavender Liqueur, Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic or Fever Three Club Soda and dropper of your Lavender Fields Bitters! A real summery treat with either.
I have not received my order yet.
UPS indicated that a label has been made but no packages have been received to be sent to my address.
I placed the order on 6/13/26. It’s been over a month.
I haven’t received them yet. I’ve been sending you all emails about this to no avail. UPS website says a label was made but no package was received.
I would like to try them but I never got them.
I have replaced Smoked Cinnamon bitters in my custom cocktails with these Exorcism bitters, and it has improved every drink I've tried them in so far. So good!
I also like the larger bottles compared to most bitters.
I like the bitters I received from Bennetts. I really like the Exorcism bitters with my old fashions and highballs.
The Scorpion bitters are also extraordinary. Used together, you get a punch to the drink like one I have never had. Really good.
Good bitters like this really add depth to cocktails. I buy all of these now two at a time so that I never run out!
We've been using Bennett bitters for quite a while, with our favorite being Scorpion. Though, we have some of the others too. They are always excellent in a glass of soda on ice with a little vodka, maybe a twist of lime on top. There is something especially appealing about Scorpion. It is kind of hard to describe but this is pure hotness, without any subsidiary flavors. And, unlike some others that we like, Scorpion is quick-acting and the sensation diminishes quickly, just leaving a pleasant memory ready for another sip.
I love the complexity of this bitter. It promotes a "savoring" experience like you get with a great wine. You can pause over a cocktail with these bitters. Really great!
Never understood a "Bitter's" job until finding your products. What an amazing way to spice up your favorite drink! Plain become fantastic again! Captain & Coke with scorpion bitters is FANTASTIC! So happy I tried your because I've tried a couple other brands and they were unique but nothing near the flavor I get from your products!! Keep up the good work and thanks for a wonderful product!
These Bitters are awesome! They were packaged super well, I had bought them locally at a store that had them briefly and fell in love. They make for such an interesting addition into so many different drinks as well as a really fun addition to just basic soda water or Mineral water.
I love these bitters! Telling people what they were and the story of them while adding to cocktails was a high point of my Halloween party. I had a couple of people take pictures of the bottle to buy their own.
I totally enjoyed your website and recipes! Love mixology and have a group of friends who too think y'all have hit it outta the ballpark!!! Thank you thank you! My fav is the Scorpion, I use it in everything and have I introed Spicy Margaritas to many friends, what fun to let loose in this crazy world!
