How long should I expect to wait for my order?
Standard shipping within the continental US is free on any order above $75 (not including promotions).
Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 4-7 business days to deliver after the order is placed using UPS Ground. In some instances, USPS may be used based on location.
We also offer USPS Express (2-4 business days) at additional costs.
Note that orders with express shipping are still subject to a processing and handling time of 1-2 business days
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we offer shipping within the United States of America and Canada. We are working to fulfill international orders in the near future. If you live outside of the USA and want Bennett Bitters, email us at hello@bennettbitters.com and we will let you know the moment international shipping becomes available.
If bitters contain alcohol, is it legal to ship them across state lines?
Bitters are completely legal to ship across state lines. Bitters are considered a food product by the FDA and TTB and are not subject to the same regulations as alcohol.
Can I track my package?
Once your order has processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
How are shipping costs determined?
National shipping rates are calculated based on flat rate shipping options offered by USPS and UPS.
