How do I make a Return or Exchange?

Send us an email at requesting a return or exchange on any item within 30 days of delivery. Please specify whether you would like to return the item for a full refund or exchange it for the same or similarly priced item. 

We typically respond within 1-2 business days with a pre-paid shipping label. Send the item back and you will receive a new item or a full refund within 10 business days of when it arrives at our returns department.

Damaged or Inaccurate Orders

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Cancelling an Order

Unfortunately we cannot update orders after they have been placed. If you would like to cancel an order, email us with the word CANCEL in the subject line. If the order hasn’t gone out yet, we will cancel the order and refund you the purchase amount. If the order has gone out, refuse the delivery by writing “RTS” on the box once it has arrived and ask your postal carrier to return it to sender. We will refund the purchase amount in full once they have returned to our warehouse.
